We had a traditional Guatemalan Christmas with a pinata, black beans, guacamole, empanadas, plantains and kept with Meme's tradition of the Nativity Play and talent show. I could barely sleep Christmas Eve as I anticipated the fun morning! Mom and Dad were so generous, and tricked us by having me bring stuff down for Mom, that she then gave to us!
