Rich suprised me for our anniversary by taking me on a weekend getaway to Vail, Co. We had the MOST wonderful time together! I was reminded of just how incredible my husband is, and what a great time we have with each other. We got there Thursday night, and the flight alone was so relaxing. It really is unbelievable how easy it is to travel without kids! The weather was gorgeous- crisp and cool. On Friday morning we were off to a white water rafting trip. The first half was rapids, which were so fun, and the second half was a float trip down the Colorado River. It was beautiful. That afternoon we went up the chair lift and walked around the town. Saturday morning we took a nice long hike, had lunch at base of the mountain, spent the afternoon reading at the pool, and had dinner at the same place we ate on our honeymoon there. We were very sad to leave Sunday morning, but anxious to get back and see the kiddoes. They had a great time staying with Hannah and Papa, and didn't seem to miss us at all. Thank you so much for the amazing trip babe! Let's do it again soon!

this is me jealous... :) That sounds like so much fun... LOL - can you imagine my big ol' prego belly trying to do all that though!!
